Quality Guarantee:

All our furniture is either made exclusively for Villa & Hut to our exact standards, or are 'one-off' pieces.

We use only reclaimed or plantation grown timbers and ensure that every piece of furniture is acclimatised to local conditions and humidity levels. If for any reason our product does not live up to our promises we will either repair the product, or if necessary replace with a similar item of your choice. All Villa & Hut furniture is hand made and hand finished, therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in colour and finish do occur as well as slight variations in dimensions.

Furniture Care

Where possible please avoid placing your Villa & Hut furniture in front of or near a direct heat source. Remember that wood is a natural product and whilst our timber is well seasoned, any change in temperature may cause it to shrink or expand. Placing a piece of furniture up against or near a radiator, or heat source, may exagerate this and cause shrinkage in the wood. Please remember that central heating is a warm, dry heat and this may also cause a certain degree of shrinkage or expansion as the timber acclimatises itself to its new surroundings.

Day to day our furniture can simply be wiped clean and a normal furniture polish can be used. Please always use placemats and coasters and avoid placing hot cups and plates directly onto the wood surface as it will result in a chalky white ring.
