We just need the item(s) and destination postcode to calculate the delivery charge, examples below:-

Example 1 - Local Charge £10 (Godalming, Milford, Witley)

Example 2 - South London £40

Please note delivery charges are per journey and not per item, although for larger orders the price may increase.
e.g. A dining table and 6 chairs to South London would be £40.

We do local deliveries and most of the South East ourselves. Local delivery is usually within 7 days, although in some cases this may take a little longer. Deliveries further out are done by a delivery company.

Please note smaller items such as bedside cabinets that are below a certain
size and less than 20kilos in weight can be sent considerably cheaper. For example a bedside cabinet to Glasgow would be £20. Please contact us for details.

Terms & Conditions Of Business:

1. It is up to the customer to ensure that the furniture or homeware purchased fits into the required space/s. Please ensure to measure all accesses including doorways and staircases, and not just the place where the product is going to be placed.

2. If on delivery an item does not fit, or if a customer changes their mind about a product within 14 days, Villa and Hut will issue a credit note or exchange for products to the same value. Villa and Hut do not refund for these reasons.

3. If a product has a manufacturing fault, a refund will be offered with proof of purchase. Or, the customer can reselect or accept a credit note. Please note a crack/split is not considered a fault but is a natural occurrence in timber.

4. When placing an order, a 50% deposit is required. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the deposit will be refunded by way of a credit note. Balance payments are to be paid in full within 14 days of placing an order.

5. If customers orders are to be delivered by Villa and Hut, we will deliver to your door. If customers require the goods to be positioned inside the customers property, please make sure all valuables and breakables are removed. Villa and Hut cannot be held liable if this has not been done. Villa and Hut accept no responsibility for any damage to property following your instructions in positioning the furniture.
