We just need the item(s) and destination postcode to calculate the delivery charge, examples below:-

Example 1 - Local Charge £10 (Brighton, Hove, Portslade & Shoreham).

Example 2 - M25 & London - £60
(e.g. Guildford, Reading, North & South London).

Example 3 - East Hampshire, West Kent - £40
(Portsmouth, Hastings & Tunbridge Wells).

Please note delivery charges are per journey and not per item, although for larger orders the price may increase.
e.g. A dining table and 6 chairs to London would be £60.

We do local deliveries and sussex ourselves. Deliveries further out are done by a delivery company. Delivery is usually from 7-14 days although in some cases this may take a little longer.

Please note smaller items such as bedside cabinets that are below a certain
size and less than 25kg in weight can be done considerably cheaper. For example a bedside cabinet to Glasgow would be £20. Please contact us for details.

Terms & Conditions Of Sale

It is upto the customer to ensure that the furniture or homeware purchased fits in to the required space. Please ensure that you measure all accesses, including doorways and staircases, and not just the space where the product is going.
If on delivery an item does not fit or if a customer changes his/her mind about a product, Villa & Hut will issue a credit note or exchange for products to the same value. No refunds will be given.
If a product has a manufacturers fault, a refund will only be given if the product cannot be replaced or repaired. Please note a crack/split is not considered a fault but is a natural occurrance in timber.
Customers can exchange products within 14 days of purchase for either goods to the same value or a credit note. No refunds are given.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a customer changes his/her mind and no longer wants a product, a credit note will be issued.
